As a commercial real estate expert with over 14 years of experience, clients have come to rely on my dedication to find the right property for them that fits their space and budget needs. Prior to joining the real estate profession, I was a broadcast journalist for NBC stations in Columbus and Youngstown, Ohio. That experience taught me to " dig deep" and search for answers, not stopping until finding the solution I was looking for. That unique background along wtih a constant pursuit of market knowledge has been a tremendous aid in my real estate profession as I've worked for CBRE and NAI Cummins and achieved my CCIM designation in 2009.

2021 Q2 Akron Office Market Report
During the second quarter, the Akron office market recorded an occupancy loss of 32,485 square feet, resulting in an increase in overall market vacancy of 20 basis points (bps) to 14%. While this marks the fifth consecutive quarter of negative net absorption, the loss is the smallest since the beginning of the pandemic last year. Over the course of the first half of 2021, vacancy has increased at a much slower rate as occupiers begin the process of returning employees to the office and determining their longer-term space requirements.
