Luke Dawson is the Head of Global and EMEA Capital Markets for Colliers. He has over 17 years of experience with Colliers and over 20 years of working in the real estate industry, where he has lived in various locations across Europe, North America and the Middle East.

As Head of Global Capital Markets, Luke is responsible for setting the global strategic agenda for Capital Markets, which includes advising clients, growing our global Capital Markets Platform, and connecting capital with opportunities across all asset classes around the world. 

As Head of EMEA Capital Markets, Luke is responsible for executing regional strategy and driving the growth of the Capital Markets service line. He is focused on building and leveraging cross-border relationships at the decision-making level and working with our local teams to identify trends and opportunities. 

Before leading the Global and EMEA Capital Markets team, Luke was previously Managing Director for Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and Head of Capital Markets for CEE for Colliers, where he was responsible for driving the investment sales business across the CEE as well as strategic leadership of the overall Central Europe business. 

Apart from his experience with Colliers, Luke also led one of the largest private family offices in the Middle East and was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions and operations across three continents.

Edward joined Colliers in September 2022 to help grow our EMEA Capital Markets team with a particular focus on growing our pan European logistics platform based in London. He was subsequently appointed Co-Head of the Industrial & Logistics Practice Group for EMEA in February 2023 to lead the strategic development and growth of this service line. Edward is responsible for meeting with capital and investors on a regular basis to get an in depth understanding of their requirements and objectives for a personalized value add service to maximise upon opportunities and to support strategic client led decision making. Edward has worked on several cross border mandates, including assisting clients entering into new jurisdictions for the first time.

Before joining Colliers Edward was a fund manager at Tritax for 8 years where he was an Assistant Fund Manager for the flagship Tritax Big Box REIT plc fund for 6 years and helped grow assets under management from c. £250m to c. £4bn in AUM by 2019. His experience included identifying, structuring and managing transactions such as corporate acquisitions, portfolios, sale & leasebacks and forward funded developments in addition to overseeing the project management and delivery of new builds until practical completion. Other areas of experience included reviewing customer covenant strengths, securing senior loans, fund reporting and managing periodic portfolio valuations. In 2019 he helped seed and deliver a new joint venture fund called MetroBox with a seed portfolio of retail warehouse parks in the UK which included reviewing opportunities, business planning, gaining knowledge of supply chains, fund structuring and fund administration. Prior to joining Tritax he worked in consulting and agency led appointments in the UK and in EMEA for key client accounts.

As Head of Debt Advisory, Ben is responsible for advising Colliers UK and European Clients on Real Estate debt facilities that delivers enhanced returns, more efficient structures and a greater connectivity to the financial markets.

With 20 years’ experience within the Structured Finance & Real Estate Banking sector, Ben established ALC in 2013, a specialist Real Estate Debt Advisory business, the team then joined Colliers in 2018.  He previously worked for Standard Chartered, National Australia Bank and RBS in various Real Estate roles.

Ben has extensive experience in the arrangement and monitoring of Real Estate credit structures across the capital stack and asset classes.  This includes senior, whole and mezz loans, with facilities arranged from several million to several hundred million.

The team work with over 240 global credit funders, from banks to debt funds to opportunistic Family Offices.  As a single point of contact, Ben and his team are able to reduce execution risk, improve clients IRR and Cash on Cash Yields whilst striving to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Damian Harrington is a Director and Head of Research for both Global Capital Markets and EMEA at Colliers. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry living and working from various locations across EMEA including London, Dubai, Prague, Helsinki and Amsterdam. Damian is responsible for producing research for internal and external clients. His expertise helps to provide clients with global capital market trends and analysis, and connects them with strategic and actionable insights, such as the changing nature of global capital and the impact on global capital flows. Damian has produced numerous research papers and generated analysis of markets across all asset types - from residential to offices, retail to logistics and hotels to niche sectors such as life sciences, air cargo and data centres. Damian is a member of the EMEA location strategy team and a key member of Colliers ESG focus group.  He speaks regularly at internal global conferences, external industry events hosted by GRI, ULI and other key industry bodies, plus key annual events such as MIPIM and EXPO REAL.

Damian holds a Masters degree in European Property Development and Planning from University College London, a BPI Bachelor of Planning from the University of Amsterdam and a BA (Hons) in Town and Country Planning from Manchester University. He is also a qualified surveyor, holding an MRICS with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Simon's role at Colliers as Head of our London Capital Markets team add to the vast experience and expertise of our London Offices team. The continued growth of our London offering has allowed us to be increasingly agile in identifying and accessing opportunities to accelerate the growth of our clients.

Andrew works in the London Capital Markets Team where he is responsible for international capital moving towards London and the rest of the UK and Europe. He advises a number of investors on sales, acquisitions, asset management and development funding. Andrew is an established member of the London Market and has 26 years of experience.

Andrew graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University and joined Cushman & Wakefield in September 1989 where he became one of the founding members of the Central London team. Andrew recently moved to Colliers International where he continuing to service his clients. 

A highly qualified real estate professional, John has extensive knowledge of direct and indirect real estate and finance projects in Europe and Asia.

Prior to joining Colliers, John was MD Corporate Finance at DTZ and Head of Capital Markets at LSH. He has worked extensively in distressed debt and NPL situations and has concluded transactions in the last 12 months for Cerberus, Starwood and LBG.

Acknowledged Investment marketplace expert with extensive experience in the Irish investment market.

Currently representing a number of domestic & international investors (including Funds, Property Companies & Private Equity Clients) seeking investment & development opportunities from €1M - €500M+.

Dré is Partner, Executive Director Capital Markets & Agency and member of the board at Colliers. He  is responsible for Capital Markets in the sectors offices, retail, industrial& logistics and residential. Besides his responsibility for Capital Markets, he is also responsible for the Agency Departments offices, retail and industrial & logistics at Colliers.

Erik Høvik started at Colliers in November 2022 as Head of Capital Markets, Norway.

He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2011 and has been Director & Partner until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022. 

Erik’s experience includes some of the largest Nordic transactions as well as financing, development projects and strategic advice towards a broad range of property owners and investors. After being part of Vital Eiendom’s (DNB) investment team. 

Yves is the Managing Director of Colliers Luxembourg, and is a RICS Registered Valuer.

Yves has a very good Luxembourg Real Estate Market knowledge coupled with the capacity to understand a property through its Life Cycle with a systemic view: Land Development, Construction Project Management, H&S & Environment Compliance, Green certification, Letting & Sale Transaction, Space and M&E efficiency, Total Cost of Occupation and Property/Facility Management.

Before joining Colliers International, Yves was Director by PwC Luxembourg in charge of the Real Estate and the Procurement / Sourcing departments. For 3 years he taught Indirect procurement in the Procurement Master of the French ESCP/EAP business school (2003-2006) and hold Real Estate breakfasts by PwC.

Prior to this, Yves set-up the Advisory department of DTZ (now ‘Cushman & Wakefield’) for Luxembourg and Belgium.

Alberto Díaz is Managing Director of the Capital Markets Department at Colliers International. He has more than 15 years of experience and has developed most of his professional career in irea, a company integrated into the current Colliers in 2018 and in which he became Senior Director of the Corporate Finance division.

His experience is focused on real estate assets  and corporate transactions, as well as financing structuring and distressed situations, having advised on transactions for more than 15,000 million euros.

In recent years he has specialised in structuring investment operations in the real estate sector, leading the relationship with international funds and creating alliances between developers and local equity companies and institutional funds.

Peter is Executive Director and heads Colliers’ Danish Capital Markets team. Peter provides strategic property consultancy services and facilitates the sale of commercial and investment properties, including hotels and shopping centres, as well as property portfolios and companies.

André Lundberg started at Colliers in November 2022 as Head of Capital Markets, Sweden. 

He was one of the founders of Pangea Property Partners in 2009 and has been Head of Corporate Finance & Partner until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.  

André has originated and orchestrated many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Nordic region over the last 10 years. His experience covers all types of transactions as well as financing, development projects and strategic advice. 

I have been managing Colliers International in Turkey for the past 15 years, in the capacity of Managing Partner. 

My main emphasis during this period; along with the general management of the company, was directing the agency and brokerage services for commercial real estate, helping clients in projects totalling to over a million square meters of leased and sold space. 

Prior to the role of Managing Partner, I have been directing the real estate valuation & advisory services, between 2000 and 2004, creating a reference portfolio of over 30 million square meters valued or analyzed, including offices, retail, residential, hotels, and mix-use projects.

I am also one of the founders of Colliers International in Turkey. 

Filip became a Partner and Director in 2016, and ever since he is responsible for setting up and developing Colliers’ business in Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since joining Colliers, Filip has provided advisory services to different local, regional, and global entities, from institutional investors to HNWI, on over 500 real estate projects, with a total value of over €10 billion, making him one of the top professionals in the industry within the whole region.

When he joined Colliers in 2012 as a Senior Consultant in the Investment and Corporate Advisory Services department, his role was to perform valuations, business, and management consultancy with the main focus on Real estate industry including retail, office, residential, hotel and industrial properties. 

Besides holding a management board position and being responsible for strategic positioning and continuous growth of the business, Filip's role within the team is to educate and mentor employees to ensure high-quality, timely and profound advisory services. His business development knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit make him a motivated leader and client's trusted advisor in real estate industry. 

Prior to joining Colliers, Filip worked in the financial industry - banking and insurance, and was mainly responsible for market research and analysis, asset valuation and financial reporting. Filip graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Zagreb. He gained a University Specialist degree in Financial Institutions at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb and he earned MBA degree on Construction and Real Estate Studies at The College of Estate Management in Reading, UK. 

In 2016 he gained his MRICS professional accreditation in Property Finance and Investment program.

Piotr Mirowski, in the capacity of senior partner, head of investment services and board member, is responsible for supervision, management and business growth of the capital markets team in Poland. His range of responsibilities includes strategic real estate advisory, origination, structuring and execution of property sale and acquisition transactions, overseeing commercial due diligence and underwriting, participation in commercial negotiations of sale and purchase contracts and transaction management.

Piotr joined Colliers in 2006 and previously worked at Deloitte.Piotr graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a  major in real estate with his master’s dissertation addressing the issue of influence of mortgage backed securities on the Polish capital and real estate markets.

Bence Vécsey joined Colliers International in 2013 as Director and Head of Investment Services and has been responsible for management and operations of the team in Hungary helping the firm to establish itself as the leading investment consultancy business in the country. Bence graduated from the Budapest University of Economics Sciences with majors in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance and was a member of RICS.

Bence’s scope of responsibilities includes structuring and execution of property sale and acqusition processes, commercial due diligence and advisory, commercial negotiation of sale and purchase contracts and supplementary transactional documentation in addition to deal coordination in order to ensure that clients’ milestones are met successfully and on time.

Robert was born and raised in Romania, attended Emanuel University of Oradea and joined Colliers International in 2006. Since entering the real estate services industry, he has focused his activities on consulting, research and the sale of investment properties. Robert deals with private and institutional investors and remains up-to-date on product and global and local market context.

Ioannis is a Founding Partner of Colliers Greece. He brings 20 years of experience in real estate investments and advisory. He is focusing on (re)development and asset management investment projects as well as strategic REO servicing solutions. In addition, he advises on sustainable real estate and promotes ESG compliant investments.

Ioannis is working closely with international investors to originate, underwrite and manage commercial and hospitality real estate investments with value add repositioning prospects. In the past, Ioannis worked in London for Europa Capital as an Asset Manager for its pan European investment portfolio and Deloitte as a Consultant in its Real Estate Advisory practice. He also worked for Citigroup in Rome.

Kevin has over 23 years of experience in the property industry, with 18 of those active in the commercial real estate sector in CEE. As the Regional Director of Capital Markets for CEE, Kevin is responsible for delivering investment opportunities and a regional service platform to Colliers’ clients. The 35-strong regional investment team advises investors on acquisitions or disposals of existing and future real estate assets and portfolios across all property types. This advice is backed-up with robust market data and intelligence. Kevin also oversees Colliers’ research and consultancy services and, since joining Colliers in 2019, he has executed the rollout of a coordinated Central & Eastern European research platform, including publications and strategic advice to clients. Kevin's previous roles have been in the HR consultancy, Information Technology and Public sectors, where he has gained valuable international experience working with people, technology, business and finance.
