About Me
Andrew works in the London Capital Markets Team where he is responsible for international capital moving towards London and the rest of the UK and Europe. He advises a number of investors on sales, acquisitions, asset management and development funding. Andrew is an established member of the London Market and has 26 years of experience.
Andrew graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University and joined Cushman & Wakefield in September 1989 where he became one of the founding members of the Central London team. Andrew recently moved to Colliers International where he continuing to service his clients.
Major transactions I have been involved include:-
The acquisition of 117 Jermyn Street, SW1 on behalf of The Crown Estate for £68m.
The sale of Kinnaird House, 1-4 Pall Mall East on behalf of GLL Partners for £83m.
The £300m funding of Creechurch Place on behalf of HOOPP, undertaking a joint venture with the City of London Corporation and Helical Bar.
The £400m funding of St James’s Market, Phase 1 and Phase 2 a joint venture between Oxford Properties and the Crown Estate
Sale of 6 St James’s Square for £262 million
The £150m funding of the Gateway block for the Crown Estate together with Ontario Pension Plan.
The acquisition of High Speed One on behalf of a joint venture between OMERS and Cadillac Fairview.
