About Me

Dré has more than 20 years’ experience within the Dutch real estate industry. He has participated in a large number of significant transactions in the Dutch market and has worked with a large number of large, (international) institutional clients.

Dré has been working at Colliers since December 2018. Prior to his current function he worked 12 years at JLL. He was Head of Capital Markets for the last 7 years and member of the board at JLL. Before that he was responsible for managing a large real estate portfolio in the Rotterdam / The Hague area and worked as a broker for a large firm previously.

Utrecht is the most sustainable ‘office city’ in the Netherlands

There is a serious possibility that a large number of office buildings are closed in 2023. More than 10% of Dutch office space does not yet have an energy efficiency rating C or better, while this is a necessity to remain open after January 2023. In addition, 38% does not even have a rating at all.
