Colliers has advised Liberbank on the sale of Parque Industrial de Proveedores de SEAT (PIPS) (Industrial Estate of SEAT’s Suppliers) located in Abrera (Barcelona) for €26 million to the pan-European investment manager PATRIZIA AG. The deal is the largest transaction in the Industrial and Logistic market in Barcelona so far this year. The PIPS Abrera has an area of over 70.000 sqm and comprises 6 industrial warehouses plus office accommodation.

Its direct access to the AP-7 and A-2 motorways makes this asset very attractive for logistic purposes, both for large consumption operators, as shown by the presence in the proximity of Mercadona and Caprabo platforms, and for other industries.
