About Me
Raul is Director of Valuations & Consulting at Collier Spain.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, taking part in the valuation of extensive portfolios as well as individual assets for different purposes, including accounting and financing.
Raul has a long experience in real estate valuations, both from the advisory side and from the banking side. From 2006 to 2014 Raul worked at Eurohypo, being involved in the financing of commercial property and real estate companies.
Prior to join Colliers, Raul worked as associate director at Catella.
Raul took part in the 2.2 billion euros financing of Colonial in 2006. In 2014 he was involved in the acquisition of Lone Star. In 2017 Raul actively took part in the Elaia (formerly known as Eurosic) IPO at the MAB stock market.
