Paula De Paternina

Paula is a senior analyst in the Retail F&B division of Colliers. Since joining joining Colliers in 2021, she has been involved in investment and divestment projects, operator search processes, project feasibility analysis, market analysis, valuation, etc, always focused on the Retail F&B asset type.
During her time at Colliers, she has led the commercialisation process for the search of operators for the F&B outlets in the remodelled Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Se has also led the operator search for various F&B outlets in different hotels throughout Spain.
Previously, he worked at CBRE where he was part of the Junior Development Program, rotating through different departments: Capital Markets Offices, Transaction Management, High Street leasing and investment, and Valuations.
Paula holds a double degree in Business Administration and Management (E-4) from the  Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), and completed her academic training at Dublin City University.

Led the flagship project of the operator search of the F&B outlets in the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, with Real Madrid as a client.  She has been part of the Strategic Account team involved in  the SAREB and LoneStar accounts, setting goals, business plan and continous follow-up.
