About Me
Patricia joined irea, currently Colliers international Spain, in 2014 where she works as a Senior Analyst in the Hotels and Resorts Division. Since she joined irea, she has taken part in the advisory of the sale and purchase of debt and REO portfolios with hotel and other Real Estate collaterals, transaction of hotels and portfolios, valuation of over 200 hotels, financial restructuring of hotel and RE companies, asset management and other consultancy projects.
