1999 – 2001: working for the assurance firm Marsh.
2001-2007: Working in the public sector department at Arthur Andersen Consulting firm.
Since 2007- Montse joined Colliers in 2007, one year after the launch of the Company in Spain. She has a very solid experience having undertaken diverse projects in the following fields: market research, consultancy, investment and Residential Sales Advisory at Colliers in Spain. Montse has diverse experience in coordinating sales processes and coordinating the distinct teams involved i.e. commercial, technical and legal.
Consultancy , corporate services and investment transactions / projects with both national and international entities / investors.
Residential sales advisory services: participation in consulting projects and in the management of new development projects, from the beginning of the commercialization to the delivery of the houses; elaboration of proposals for the commercialization of residential assets, commercial due diligence and market studies in cities such as Madrid and Barcelona and the Costa del Sol.
