Mariano García

Mariano García Montenegro is Managing Director in REMs & Technical Services. He started his career in FM Arquitectos before becoming in 2007 a part of CBRE Spain as National Managing Director of the Design & Build department for 10 years. In 2018 he cofounded HOLArquitectura, Architecture firm that has become part of Colliers in 2020.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the architecture field; he is an expert in workspaces as advisor and designer both for owners and tenants, counting also with a large experience in hotel and residential fields.

Throughout his professional career he has lead first range projects, such as PWC’s headquarters in Madrid, EY or Google’s Madrid Campus among others. He has also worked for many investment funds: Starwood Capital, Mariadia Capital, AEW, Castellana 60 as a lead architect to refurbish, enhance and update their real estate assets. He has recently managed the restyling of 9 hotels for Silken.
