Antonio De La Fuente

Antonio is a Managing Director in Corporate Finance departmen at Colliers International Spain. He joined Irea Corporate Finance in 2007, and in March  2018 he joined Colliers International after the acquisition of Irea by Colliers International.

He is specialized  in advising on M&A transactions, on both the buy and sell sides, the sale of debt portfolios and debt restructurings.

Antonio is the responsable & director of an alternative financing fund, with an investment volume of € 200 million for the acquisition of land for residential use.

He has recently participated in the sale of several real estate companies, debt and REO portfolios to institutional investors, valued at over €4,000 million, created numerous JVs between real estate developers and institutional investors and restructured debt across the real estate secto.

 He began his career at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he was involved in a number of real estate M&A deals.

Notable achievements include advising more than 100 clients in a wide variety of projects, such as the development of strategic plans, company valuations, the establishment of alliances/joint ventures, structure finance, as well as the sale of real estate companies.
