International investor buys residential property in Ørestad South

Robert Jacobsens Vej 73, a residential property with 87 rental units, has been acquired by BlackRock. Colliers was sell-side advisor to domestic pension fund AP Pension.

Robert Jacobsens Vej 73 is a contemporary residential rental property with a lettable area above ground of 7,445 sq m in total, distributed over 7,347 sq m residential space and 98 sq m communal facilities. Developed by AP Pension, the property was completed and ready for occupancy in January 2019.

The property enjoys a top location in one of the most attractive areas in the Copenhagen district of Ørestad South, with a fine view of the scenic Amager Common. In addition, the property benefits from proximity to Vestamager metro station and to shopping opportunities.

The buyer is BlackRock, one of the world’s largest asset managers.
