With a career spanning over 18 years within the Construction Industry, Phillipa has been involved in the leadership and management of commercial developments from concept to completion. Since joining NixAnderson (now Colliers International Project Leaders) in 2015, Phillipa has proven to be a dedicated and diligent Project Leader who understands the sensitivities of what a client needs to make their project successful.

Phillipa has project experience within a number of industry disciplines, including commercial, residential, retail, hospitality and education.

With experience working for Construction companies such as Multiplex Constructions and Reed Constructions, Phillipa’s experience with Commercial and Social Infrastructure projects provides valuable insight and support to the team.

By working directly with clients, consultants and contractors, Phillipa has developed a strong understanding of internal and external stakeholder management and how to effectively manage communication on a proactive basis. Scott has extensive experience in commercial, project and construction management, with a 22-year career reflecting strong leadership qualifications. As a technically minded property professional, Scott has a practical approach to problem-solving.

Iain is a National Director within Colliers International Project Leaders and Government Property Services located in Canberra ACT.

Iain is an expert advisor in relation to the Commonwealth Government and provides expert leasing, transaction and project leadership services to key clients and Commonwealth Government entities. With this multi-disciplinary experience, Iain is excellently placed to provide the services required to successfully deliver any project.

Iain has delivered more than 133,000sqm worth of Commonwealth property projects and lease transactions in the past 5 years on both the Tenant side and the Landlord side.

With over 40  years of construction industry experience in the Sydney Metropolitan area and across Australia & New Zealand, John has extensive experience in all disciplines attributed to this Industry. John’s experience is based on a broad range of projects for both major corporate and institutional clients across the private and public sectors up to the value of $200 million.

Over the years John has been responsible for the overall performance and management of profitability and delivery in all matters of Construction Contracts including Lump Sum, Design & Construction, Construction Management and negotiated projects.

John has played leadership roles for various reputable construction companies including Triden Constructions, Reed Group, KB Hutcherson, Beach Constructions and Leighton Contractors, as the Senior Project Manager, Construction and/or Commercial Manager.  Now representative of the Principal in the project managemnt process of construction, John has undertaken the PM role  since 2004  in leadership roles for Nix Managemnt, NixAnderson and with the acquisition of NixAnderson in  2017 by Colliers,  has worked with the Colliers team of over 60 professionals across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra Adelaide & Perth.

John’s experience with Key Stakeholder engagement on projects has involved all manner of design & authority disciplines, end users and property owners to provide an accomplished overview for strategic management of the projects now undertaken for our clients. He has particular experience working in live environments on various educational retail and infrastructure projects of a complex and staged nature that require a continuity of operations of existing environments whilst engaging with the project team to execute a successful construction delivery.

As National Director, John also has knowledge and experience in managing in accordance with NSW Govt Codes and procurement guidelines, GC21 contract format and NSW Govt Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems..  Contract monitoring, construction review and the continued implementation of the contractor’s developed WHSMP is  to focus a large project team’s effort to deliver a successful project in a safe manner.

Conor has over 15 years’ experience in project delivery in both construction and commercial fit outs with over 5 years tenure with Colliers currently.

He has worked on a range of medium to large scale projects across a diverse range of market sectors for both blue chip companies and Government department clients. Key to his success is his skilful communication, putting project team members and client stakeholders at ease and confidence that a collaborative, working relationship will be established for the successful delivery of the project.

One of his particular strengths is his strategic front-end planning of a project which ensures the optimum outcome relative to time, cost, and quality for his clients. He is astute in navigating complex planning pathways and controlling the risk profile for his clients, this may be in Council DA or State Significant Development pathways. Coupled with his attention to detail with procurement, risk management and contract procurement knowledge ensures he delivers for his clients consistently.

Lizza is a results orientated Project Management and Development Management professional with 20+ years’ experience.

She possess in-depth experience in Commercial Tower Developments, Corporate Office Fitouts, Retail, Mixed Use, Residential and Childcare. Development sites include brown field, staged or new developments across a diverse range of projects from small to large scale.

Lizza prides herself on her ability to de-risk a project and ensure that the client’s objectives are planned and delivered through every stage.
