Elyse is a driven and highly motivated Property Manager with a keen eye for detail and a track record for exceeding the expectations of her clients and peers.

Elyse developed her passion for the property industry during her time at University where she gained fundamental skills that have been invaluable to the success of her career to date.

Elyse commenced her career in the industry in a support role in 2016 after graduating from University. She has continually grown her skill set within the business to her current role as Property Manager.

Elyse now manages a large portfolio of 24 assets, predominantly institutional clients as well as some private clients, mainly in the Industrial sector. She has built and expanded relationships with the existing commercial clients and continues to improve the ongoing professional service expected of Colliers employees.

Elyse has an intense focus to develop innovative ideas to add value to her clients' assets. Her desire to maintain quality service with Clients, Tenants, and Contractors alike is a fundamental aspect of what drives her.

In 2020, Elyse has completed many deals despite the COVID-19 pandemic and has proven her resilience and determination to get the best possible outcome for her clients during this trying time.

Ned joined the Colliers team in 2020 and is an Executive within the commercial sales and leasing team in Geelong. He specialises in industrial, retail, office and land development sectors. Ned is focussed on assisting clients with their commercial property assets and prides himself on building strong relationships with vendors, purchasers and prospective tenants and will go above and beyond to provide the best outcome  and service. 

Ned currently lives in Geelong and looks forward to assisting the  Geelong  community with their commercial property assets.
