Jennifer began her career with Colliers in 2011  as Team Assistant to the Valuation & Advisory Services  team. During her career at Colliers Jennifer has continued to climb the career pathway from Personal Assistant to Executive Assistant   to Dwight Hillier | Managing Director of Valuation & Advisory Services.

More recently Jennifer has taken on the role of Manager, Operations Valuation & Advisory Services, Strategic Advisory and HRL Transaction Services. Whilst at the same time still supporting Dwight Hillier in an Executive Assistant capacity.

As Manager, Operations Jennifer has a strong  focus on delivering operational excellence to ensure the smooth running of the Portfolio. 

14 Years of Accounting experience in different industries which includes Manufacturing, Real Estate, Taxation & Government sector & includes Financial Accounting, Property Accounting, Trust Accounting, Tax accounting, etc.

I initially joined Colliers in 2009 worked on Australia Post Contract for providing real estate management services for 2 years & in 2011 I joined Residential Team as a Trust accountant to look after Rental & Sales Trust.


I also worked with  H & R Block as Tax consultant for a period of 7 Years.

James specialises in the sale of development sites in the city, city fringe and englobo market. Prior to his transition to the Development Sites Sales team James had worked within the market leading Colliers International Project Marketing team. James managed crucial relationships both locally and offshore and with some of the largest developers. James will leverage these contacts and interact with the Asian market to drive the competition for the property from this prolific buyer group and deliver outstanding results for clients. 

Salihah joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2018 specialising in Project Marketing. As a senior member of the team, she is responsible for the provision of strategic advice to developer clients on all aspects of Project sales and marketing from conception to completion.

Prior to commencing with Colliers, Salihah held a Sales and Marketing role at Property Development Company, Gamuda. Over the past 8 years she has built an in-depth level of knowledge on the Melbourne property market.

Salihah has led sales and marketing campaigns for some of Melbourne’s largest and most iconic developments, resulting in the sale of more than 1500 apartments. Some highlight Projects include Sapphire by the Gardens, UNO Melbourne, Queens Place and Seafarers.

Working across various sales channels, Salihah is an expert in the development and execution of Project marketing strategies including media planning, guiding creative execution and rollout of marketing collateral.

Salihah is known for her proactive approach to monitoring campaign performance and adapting strategies to reflect changes in market conditions and trends. She has outstanding analytical skills, impeccable organisation skills and exceptional attention to detail.

My understanding of demand, supply, policy and industry factors relating to the spectrum of new residential markets (BTR, apartments, urban regeneration, greenfields) underpins my reputation as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders in the  residential  development and real estate investment industries. 

I utilise my deep industry and market knowledge and connections to extend the reach of Colliers  across the increasingly complex mainstream and emerging residential market segments.
