Michael joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2018. As a Manager within the Development Site Sales team, he specialises in selling large parcels of land for subdivision and redevelopment in Melbourne’s growth corridors.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Michael spent 8 years working with one of Australia’s largest finance, land and construction companies where he managed a team of sales consultants. The experience and knowledge he gained in his previous roles has positioned him with a unique and intricate understanding of his clients and the market.
Michael is able to provide his clients with strategic guidance from the beginning of the sales process, through to the conceptualisation of the end product. His areas of expertise are sales and marketing strategy, buyer profiling, market insight and affordability analysis.
Developing strong relationships with land owners and developers throughout Australia, Michael nurtures these relationships on a daily basis and assists these stakeholders to achieve their objectives.

Ben joined Colliers in 2009 and has been involved in countless successful commercial sales and leasing transactions across Greater Geelong, Surf Coast and The Bellarine. With over 15 years industry experience, Ben has developed a wealth of knowledge on market values across a broad spectrum of commercial assets. This includes office, retail, industrial and land developments, with a particular focus on the high-rise office and retail market.
Through his local and metropolitan connections, Ben has assisted major clients in relocating and expanding to the Geelong region which demonstrates his ability to identify the various opportunities that present themselves in the current marketplace. This assists him in providing valued advice and recommendations that maximise the potential of his clients’ commercial assets and achieve successful transactions.
Ben joined Colliers Residential Victoria to lead the Relationship Management team in 2015. Prior to commencing with Colliers, Ben’s expertise was in the legal profession.
He worked as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Beijing for 3 years and then as a Solicitor in Melbourne for another 5 years, gaining invaluable experience in professional services and building strong relationships in Asia.
In his role as Director, Ben has established himself as an integral part of the team, leading the sell-out of several of Melbourne’s most iconic residential projects, including the recent sale of the two penthouses at Collins Arch. These residences were the final two in the building, resulting in the complete sell out of the project.
Driving innovation and strategic growth within the business, Ben lead the expansion of Colliers Residential Victoria’s team within China through the opening of the ‘Collection by Colliers’ Shanghai showroom in 2021.
Ben is known as a great leader and a supreme communicator, utilising his English and Mandarin language skills fluently and interchangeably as required.
