Jennifer is a Manager in retail leasing with over 5 years of retail leasing experience. Jennifer specialises in leasing Melbourne CBD retail shops, arcades, and major retail projects. Her understanding of the retail market and current movements in the CBD allow her to seek high caliber tenants for specific properties.

As a highly articulate individual, Jennifer can work confidently in diverse cultures and situations, especially within the Asian market. Her Cantonese language capabilities allow her to communicate with Asian client’s to strategically negotiate the best transaction for the landlord.

Jennifer has worked with many of Melbourne's major Landlords and Tenants, with a large portfolio ranging from small to large format CBD retail and projects, and has an extensive track record.

Renee began her career in real estate in 2004 within Commercial Leasing and for the last 14 years, has specialised in the field of Office Leasing Executive. She is close to finalising 500 commercial transactions over this time. Taking on the role of Manager of Office Leasing for Colliers International Gold Coast, she has dealt with high calibre  key clients as well as prominent office buildings over the Gold Coast region.

With an integral understanding of all facets of the Gold Coast office market, together with an unrelenting work ethic, she ensures that optimum results are achieved for her clients.

Renee’s expertise includes dealing with customer relations, coordinating leasing projects, working for both Lessors and Sub lessors, as well as brokering transactions for tenants seeking office premises for lease.

Stephen has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry having worked on a wide range of projects in the United Kingdom and Australia. As both an experienced Project Manager and Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Stephen provides a wide range of services including Project Management, Design Management, Superintendency, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Financier Services  and Project Feasibility Studies.

With experience on projects from $1m to $200m in value in Queensland and New South Wales Stephen is a well-established senior consultant who places particular importance in developing and maintaining strong Client relationships. Stephen has a high level of experience in the residential, education and commercial sectors and manages projects from inception through to completion to tight commercial and programme controls.
