Tom Buxton recognised by Poly Australia for 'Most Office Deals in 2017'

Over the weekend, Colliers International's Tom Buxton was awarded for 'Most Leasing Deals in 2017' by Poly Australia at their annual Gala event.

The Gala celebrates Poly's achievements of the year past and honours key partners who have worked alongside Poly.

Tom was recognised for his work covering 210-220 George St, having closed 12 deals for the client during 2017.

210-220 George St is slated for demolishment and redevelopment into a 26-storey commercial tower, with construction commencing in 2019.

Identifying opportunities in the new development, Tom has also leveraged his strong relationship with Poly by introducing the client to REM's Julia Batterley and Nick Hall.
