Stephen has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry having worked on a wide range of projects in the United Kingdom and Australia. As both an experienced Project Manager and Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Stephen provides a wide range of services including Project Management, Design Management, Superintendency, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Financier Services and Project Feasibility Studies.
With experience on projects from $1m to $200m in value in Queensland and New South Wales Stephen is a well-established senior consultant who places particular importance in developing and maintaining strong Client relationships. Stephen has a high level of experience in the residential, education and commercial sectors and manages projects from inception through to completion to tight commercial and programme controls.

Rowan has represented a multitude of Tech companies throughout his career, leads Colliers’ Tech Practice Group in Australia and is a member of Colliers’ APAC Tech Practice Group. Rowan enjoyed visiting the offices of major Tech companies in San Francisco to gain insights about how these firms use their workplace to attract and retain talent.
In my current role with Colliers, I specialise in leasing office and medical related assets on the Gold Coast with focus on both major backfill and pre-commitment development leasing.
With 8 years commercial real estate experience, I have the knowledge, drive and ability to assist landlords and tenants with leasing strategy, development design, asset repositioning, marketing and negotiating deals to secure a mutually beneficial outcome.
