Following graduation from Dublin Institute of Technology, Kevin began his career working in a boutique commercial and residential real estate agency on Dublin’s South Side.
​Kevin relocated to Melbourne in 2011 to gain valuable international experience and focus on growing his real estate career. During Kevin’s two years at DTZ, Kevin worked on major office and retail transactions across Victoria and South Australia on behalf of the National Australia Bank.
In 2013, After a successful two years working exclusively with NAB, Kevin took the opportunity to move to Colliers International.
In Kevin's 8 years at Colliers international, he has worked with local, national and multi-national landlords and tenants across two product lines - Occupier Services and Office Leasing.

Jonathon commenced his real estate career in 1992 and has worked in various sectors of the profession, initially undertaking residential management in South Yarra before moving into commercial management and leasing in and around Melbourne.
In 2002 Jonathon made the change into commercial real estate and has managed for many of the major Australian property owners.
With 8 years of commercial experience, most recently as a Company Director, Skye has particular expertise in Operational and Strategic leadership, as well as B2B and B2C Sales and Marketing. Her success has been achieved through ambition, diligence, innovation and a keen eye for opportunity. She is a real ’people person’ and is passionate about building relationships, working with people on all levels.

I am a commercial and property lawyer with an extensive background in insurance and property law.
In my role as legal counsel, I am responsible for providing legal advice, review and risk management functions to the business, with a strong focus on giving strategic, practical and commercial legal services. I also provide services in contract management, tendering, workplace relations and employment advice, litigation, claims management and resolution, compliance and training. In my day to day role, I collaborate with the key stakeholders in the business to manage legal risk and optimise legal governance processes and procedures.
I am Chair of the REMS Risk Management Committee and a member of the Colliers Diversity and Inclusion Council for 2021.
Prior to joining Colliers, I held roles as a lawyer in private practice and in-house in the property industry.
Starting out in Residential Property Management in 2012, Melanie joined the commercial property management team at Colliers International in 2018.
Melanie brings with her over 8 years’ experience in the real estate industry with a passion for providing the highest standard of service for our clients.
Melanie originally hails from Melbourne and moved to North Queensland with her family, first basing herself on Magnetic Island in 2005 working in respective management roles both in the Childcare and Hospitality industries.
With excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, Melanie is able to effectively administer all aspects of her portfolio to a level of satisfaction that meets all expectations.
