Perth, December, 16, 2019 – AMC Drilling Optimisation has moved into a new property in Hope Valley, south of Perth, which was developed by iParks Property Group.
AMC’s relocation and the long-term lease and renewal options were negotiated by Colliers International’s Justin Mabarrack who said AMC had outgrown its existing facility in Hope Valley.
MACS Australia, a company related to iParks, constructed the new facility which has a 6,200sqm office and industrial warehouse that will allow AMC to merge its operations into a facility with room for future growth,” Mr Mabarrack said.
The new 15,000sqm property at 111 Investigator Drive is also in Latitude 32, a 1,400ha master-planned industrial area which is designed to meet long-term demand for industrial land in Perth’s metropolitan area.
The property has a modern, 200sqm-office, a 6,000sqm warehouse with provisions for dangerous goods, a concrete laydown area and full truck circulation around the site.
Part of the ASX-listed IMDEX group, AMC Drilling Optimisation provides drilling fluids, powders and equipment to resource companies and drilling contractors.
Mr Mabarrack said Latitude 32’s direct links to air, sea, road and rail, along with complementary industrial businesses in Kwinana Beach and Henderson, made it a sought-after industrial area.
“Due to the increased demand for custom-built facilities, especially from engineering, manufacturing and mining businesses, we expect to see more new developments in the Latitude 32 precinct in the next few years,” he said.
