Successfully transition refurbished asset and provide innovative initiatives

Challenge

Develop and implement a site specific, strategic asset plan incorporating sustainability, tenant engagement, health and wellness, financial, reporting and innovation initiatives from the refurbishment and commissioning phase, through to the delivery of this successfully operating asset.

Strategy

  • Provide operational, design and specifications consultancy services for the asset refurbishment.
  • Deliver exceptional operational support and consultancy for Commissioning and Handover Plan from builders.
  • Review of all services plans and drawings to proactively identify any issues.
  • Plan for procurement of services to specify, tender and monitor service contractors in order to drive procurement cost efficiencies.
  • Set up financial reporting according to Far East Organization’s requirements.

Results

  • Accurate and timely set up of the building.
  • Collaborated with leasing and successfully decanted a major tenant into the building during the pandemic lockdown.
  • Successful procurement implementation including ensuring all required contracts have been tendered and are in place before Practical
  • Completion, such as security and cleaning services.
  • Successful implementation of a comprehensive yet cost effective procurement strategy.
  • Created a strong relationship with builders to ensure smooth transition and handover.
  • Development of a detailed Fitout Manual and Building User Guide.
