  • Create a strategic asset plan to deliver efficient and seamless management services incorporating sustainability, innovation, tenant engagement, health & wellness
  • Provide operational, design and specifications consultancy services with continual operational support and consultancy for Commissioning and Handover Plan from builders
  • Review of all services plans and drawings and plan for procurement of services to specify, tender and monitor service contractors
  • Develop a Strategic Asset CapEx Plan (10-year CapEx and asset plan)
  • Bring a comprehensive team of experts to deliver exceptional outcomes at 118 Mount Street for CBRE GI, the Owner and tenants.
