About Me
Travis is recognised for his understanding of all aspects of commercial real estate including property management, knowledge of market trends & property values, and retail leases legislation.
For over 19 years, Travis has developed a great affinity with his knowledge of the industrial, office, and retail property market sectors in both Ballarat & Bendigo. Travis has a wide ranging client base that includes Governments, Statutory Authorities, Universities, Multi- national Corporates as well as private investors.
Up to 2003 Travis worked as a Business Banking manager with the Westpac Banking Group and assisted small business owners with their financial needs.
Since joining the Colliers International team Travis worked in Property Management prior to moving into a full time sales and leasing role.
- Sold 2 landmark buildings for Bendigo City Council in 2012 and 2014
- Sold a portfolio of CBD assets for a Bendigo based religious institution
- Renegotiated Lease and Listed/Sold Department of Justice office in Ballarat
- Sold a 2 Hectare highway fronting property in Epsom (Bendigo)
