Todd has was worked in commercial real estate in Townsville since 1999 having spent 15 years operating under the highly regarded and recognised local agency, Ferry Property.

Todd took up a role with Colliers International in 2014 after the firm’s acquisition of Ferry Property.

Todd has extensive local property knowledge and is experience in all sectors of commercial, industrial and retail sales and leasing.

Over his time in real estate, Todd has developed a broad client base of both local and corporate clients. He has acted in major task appointments for such clients as News Limited, Westpac, BP, Townsville City Council, Australia Post, KordaMentha and Ernst & Young.

Todd’s sales record includes the brokerage of the Epic Property Group portfolio disposal ($18 million), CEC Group’s purchase of 53 hectares of industrial land at the Bohle ($16 million) and the sale of 22 Walker Street, a 7 level CBD office tower ($11.6m). Todd also played a key role in the disposal of Queensland Rail’s former maintenance yards which were acquired by Leighton Properties ($32 million).
