Samantha brings with her a wealth of experience having previously worked in valuation and advisory roles at Colliers, gaining experience in a multitude of varying disciplines. This exposure has seen her understanding of property excel, and allowed her to develop an all-round skill set in the commercial property industry. An energetic and problem solving agent, Samantha is passionate about going the extra mile to exceed clients expectations.

Samantha commenced her role  as an Assistant Valuer within the South Australian Valuation and Advisory business in 2018. During this time, she was involved with the valuation of office, retail, and industrial properties along with analysing market transactions and trends for a wide range of clients.  Samantha worked on a number of valuation purposes including Mortgage Security, Financial Reporting, Potential Acquisition and Disposal, and Insurance purposes.

In 2021, Samantha moved to the Strategic Advisory team in New South Wales where she gained extensive experience in transaction management, project management, data analysis, site identification and selection, market research and client and stakeholder management.

In 2023, Samantha joined the Sydney North Investment Services team working alongside market experts Tom Appleby and James Mullin.

·    Assisting in the divestment of 431 Glebe Point Road, Glebe for the University of Sydney which sold for $39 million

·    Assisting in the divestment of Suites  103, 103B, 104 & 105 , 10 Century Circuit , Norwest which sold for $2.25  million

·    Assisting in the divestment of 2A King William Street, Roseville which sold for $3.55 million

·    Undertaking 47 Highest and Best Use report for Scouts Association NSW portfolio

·    Providing key Data Analysis and Market Research for a number of major clients
