I have ten years of national experience as a consultant across a range of property sub-markets, with a particularly in-depth understanding of the healthcare and seniors living sector.

My role as a trusted advisor in the property industry is underpinned by:

1. my ability to identify practical insights and solutions through an intimate understanding of market drivers; and
2. a natural curiosity and aptitude for numbers and analytics, driving the development of industry-leading models and platforms to optimise data utilisation and generate empirically underpinned insights.

I work with a broad range of clients and internal stakeholders with key responsibilities as follows:

National Data Strategy
Responsible for the development, implementation and management of Colliers' data intelligence strategy across the national valuation portfolio, with a focus on delivering market-leading analytics and insights through data extraction/consolidation and the development of data-enriched visualisation platforms.

GIS Solutions
Provision of project-specific Geographic Information Systems (GIS) solutions for internal stakeholders and clients, creating compelling visual communications in forms of interactive maps, reports and presentations.

Advisory Services
Expert analysis to assist clients make strategic and de-risked data-driven decisions from both a macro and micro lens. This includes advice at the asset specific level, going concern portfolio level and broad-level informing long term strategy. 

My experience spans the residential, industrial, retail, childcare, senior’s living and medical sectors, where I have worked with a range of different stakeholder types including local property developers, listed companies, major operators and local governments.

A sample of key advisory accomplishments include:

• Advising on acquisitions of residential aged care portfolios worth upwards of $300m, spanning both national and international assets. 
• Provision of site-specific analyses including assessment of development parameters, market/investment viability and economic impact assessments/written expert witness advice to support development applications and Planning & Environment Court disputes.
• Strategic advice on market entries, joint-venture selection processes and portfolio optimization, including value-add opportunities and investment/divestment.
• Advisory to local governments to inform future planning schemes.
