About Me
Kinson has gained broad property industry knowledge through his work experience across a number of sectors. In addition to valuation experience, Kinson also has experience in commercial real estate agency and statutory town planning across multiple asset classes.
Kinson joined Colliers at the beginning of 2021 to specialise in Melbourne’s Retail Investment markets. Kinson’s core focus of work extends to valuations undertaken for Financial Reporting, Mortgage Security and Rental Assessment.
Prior to joining Colliers in January 2021, Kinson worked as an Analyst and Negotiator within the commercial agency team at CBRE, a major property services provider. Kinson has also previously worked as a Town Planner for CS Town Planning
Services, a Melbourne based town planning consultancy firm.
