Kim Wann

After seven years in the residential property management area, Kim wanted to explore a career change within the Real Estate industry and joined the Colliers Toowoomba Commercial team in early 2010.

Her peers often describe Kim as passionate and highly organised, which is something needed in the diverse and fast-paced world of commercial property management.

"I enjoy the fast-paced life...the day to day challenges and learning something new every day."

Kim acknowledges that she holds a large portion of people's financial life in her hands and understands it's a massive responsibility.

"I look forward to coming to work each day and managing these properties, taking ownership of the responsibilities, managing the property as if it was my own, and maintaining strong communications between the owners, and the tenants."
