Kevin Carr

Kevin has over 16 years’ experience in the construction industry working on a wide range of projects throughout Australia and the United Kingdom for private practices and contracting organisations. He has experience in many aspects of pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying including cost planning, measurement, contract administration and dispute resolution.

Kevin has worked on civil, educational, healthcare, leisure and commercial projects in ‘client side’ quantity surveying roles and in commercial management roles for main contracting organisations.

Kevin's experience spans from Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Planning, Cost Management, Value Engineering, Contracts Administration and Dispute Resolution. His experience enables him to manage construction projects from inception through to completion, where he is able to delegate to the project team when necessary.  He is currently working on a number of Quantity Surveying projects.

Kevin has managed teams of quantity surveyors / contract administrators in his various roles across the UK, Sri Lanka and Australia. He has also worked on some high profile projects, most notably the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing (TSRC) in Australia and the High Speed Railway project from London to Birmingham (HS2) in the UK.
