About Me
Karen joined Colliers International as Centre Manager in May 2018. Prior to this, Karen established her career in retail management having managed centres and portfolios since 2004. Karen's main emphasis has been monitoring the overall performance of the centres under management, working closly with the centre management teams, retailer relationships and maintaining the assets value. During this time Karen has worked on portolios in excess of 74,630m2 across Adelaide, regional South Australia and regional Northern Territory.
During my career as Centre Manager, I was involved in the completion of several shopping centre redevelopments, having worked on the Southgate Square redevelopment in 2016 and Arndale Central redevelopment in 2012. With the most recent redevelopment of Primewest Port Pirie Plaza, due for completion in October 2018.
