About Me
Juanita joined the Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services team as a Certified Practising Valuer in February 2022. Prior to this, Juanita worked at Opteon Property Group since 2016, firstly as a National Client Services Officer, later transitioning to a Graduate Valuer position, and eventually as a Certified Practising Valuer from March 2021 within the Commercial and Government Advisory team.
Juanita has experience in coordinating valuations for Government portfolios containing a large number of property assets on both a national and state level, as well as mortgage valuations for primarily commercial and industrial properties.
