As a key member of the Colliers Industrial Sales and Leasing Team,  Jeremy's  hard work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond,  ensures that he continues to deliver exceptional results, exceeding his clients expectations.

Jeremy joined Colliers in 2019, with previous experience in Occupier Services as a Senior Leasing Executive for an Australia-wide portfolio, as well as a Property Manager for a diverse portoflio within the Greater Sydney region.  This experience has been intrinsic to his understanding of industrial and commercial property values and tenant expectations. Jeremy is committed to understanding his market and specialises in the sale and leasing of Industrial and Commercial property in the South Sydney and Inner West market.

Jeremy is an excellent communicator and negotiator. He prides himself on his ability to be enterprising, mitigate risk and understand current market trends,  subsequently ensuring all properties are marketed appropriately. This detailed approach attracts the most desirable sales terms and lease rates for his clients.

Jeremy has an overarching focus on  maximizing the potential of property to accelerate the success of his clients. He continues to strive to become a market leader by implementing new and innovative marketing methods for his clients.

Jeremy also holds a Double Bachelor's Degree in Business and Creative Intelligence and Innovation (with Distinction) from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
