Initially employed as South Australia’s State Research Analyst Jeevan was responsible for publishing quarterly Real Estate Market Indicator Reports and the formation of a cutting-edge database system.  Now in Office Leasing, Jeevan has had the opportunity to combine the formation of Colliers International knowledge capital with brokering. 

Jeevan works across several local and regional markets, with a specific focus on Adelaide’s Fringe and Metro markets.

• Enigma 8 – Circa $200M three stage project comprising hotel/accommodation, 30,000sq m office tower, 450 bay car park and complementary retail services
