James Barber

James has been advising funds, high net worth individuals, corporations and offshore groups in relation to all facets of Real Estate for over 17 years. His primary focus during this period has been the disposal or acquisition of investment grade property and large scale development sites across Australia. Other roles have included office leasing and property advisory services.

James has been active in commercial real estate since 1995 and specialises in office transactions on a national basis. He commenced working with international groups in 2002 and lived in Asia for three years, focusing on offshore purchasers. This experience has provided James with key relationships
