Jake is Manager for Colliers leading the Victorian, South Australia and Tasmania team specialising in the leasing of Large Format Retail, Childcare and Car Dealerships. Commencing his real estate career in 2016, he previously worked at a commercial & industrial agency located in Melbourne’s East. This allowed him over the years to develop an in-depth understanding of all facets in commercial sales and leasing, enabling him to provide sound and respected market advice to clients and prospective tenants alike.
As a licenced estate agent, his skills include lease negotiation and transactions, precinct master planning and project leasing, strategic business positioning and relocating, marketing strategy and implementation.
