About Me
Hayden commenced his career with the former Colliers franchise operations in 2019 and in 2022, he has joined the new company-owned Colliers WA business as Manager in the Industrial team.
Hayden has forged a strong reputation in the Northern and Eastern Corridor of Perth’s Industrial property market, along with the wider market and has built up an impressive track record of sales and leasing deals.
Hayden’s focus on providing exceptional client service to establish long term relationships has resulted in him becoming a trusted agent in WA. His ability to assess and implement different strategies allows him to deliver strong outcomes and results for his clients and colleagues.
During Hayden’s short time in the industry, he has developed strong prospecting attributes which has enabled him to develop an extensive network of clients including private/institutional owners & investors, property trusts, syndicators, local/major occupiers and industrial developers.
It is through his technical analysis, enormous drive and commitment, willingness to collaborate with teammates and his extensive prospecting to secure the right buyer or tenant, that Hayden continually delivers strong results for his clients and Colliers.
In the short time Hayden has been in the industry, he has sold more than $21,000,000 of industrial property and leased over 50,000 sqm of industrial space.

Prior to joining Colliers, Hayden commenced his career as a Sales & Leasing Negotiator with BPG Australia. Hayden has also worked for Transcore, Western Australia’s leading traffic and transport engineering consultants.
Hayden has completed a Bachelor of Commerce, Double Major in Property & Finance from Curtin University and graduated from Scotch College in 2014.
Having lived overseas in South Asia (Singapore & Vietnam) for more than 14 years, Hayden has an extensive international outlook on everyday life.
