An accomplished real estate professional with 25 years property experience in Account management, Corporate real estate, Property/Portfolio management across the Telco, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Residential sectors. He has spent the last 18 years specialising in the representation of major tenants including Australia Post, ANZ, IGA, ALM, Campbells Cash & Carry and Hutchison 3G Australia.

In his current role he Manages the Portfolio and Transaction management team who were successfully appointed on the management of the Vodafone portfolio, consisting of 8,000 sites nationwide.

As the Account Director, he has operational oversight and accountability for:

  • Contract negotiations
  • Transition Management (including recruitment and management of internal and external communications)
  • Delivery of tenure, transaction, property management, financial and lease administration services 
  • Implementation and management of Quality Management procedures and processes
  • Management of the Service Delivery team including training and performance reviews
  • Delivery of all operational and forecast financial reporting

Lead the team to achieve an average rental reduction of

  - 35% for the 2019 Calendar year.

  - 39% for the 2020 Calendar year.

Australia Post

Managed the NSW team from 2013-2018 achieved over 90% of renewals at passing or below (26% Uplift from Previous best).

ANZ account

4 consecutive years we bettered budget more than $500k despite very aggressive Post GFC budgets.

Retail leasing strategy for the sale and AFL for their ANZ Flagship store on the Cnr of Martin Place and Pitt St. this strategy led to a circa $11 million saving over the term of the lease.
