Frank Carrozza

Frank has over 18 years’ experience as a Project Manager and Civil Engineer. Frank’s primary role is to oversee the design & delivery of residential subdivisions within Colliers Engineering & Design team, as well as provide project direction and delivery focus. Frank works closely with Developers, Service Authorities, Government agencies and Consultants to ensure best practice outcomes are achieved for each development. In delivering complex infrastructure projects, Frank has gained experience in stakeholder consultation as well as managing large multi-disciplinary teams and the ability to deliver exceptional results within time, cost and quality constraints. Frank’s recent projects include:

• Akuna Vista Residential Redevelopment (Defence Housing Australia) - Project Management, Civil Design Coordination and Planning services for the delivery of the proposed 1000 lot subdivision, including major Trunk infrastructure works and regional open space facilities.
• Fairwater (Ashlar) Residential Redevelopment (Australand) - Project Management and Civil Design Coordination for the delivery of the proposed 800 lot subdivision, including RMS intersection and HV electrical feeder supply.
• North Penrith Stage 2a, 2b-3b Residential (UrbanGrowth NSW) - Project Management for the delivery of the proposed development in Sydney’s Outer West comprising 900 lot subdivision including apartments, integrated housing and standalone dwellings
• Denham Court Road Upgrade, Leppington (Stockland) - Project Management and Civil Design Coordination of the proposed major road upgrade as part of the wider Willowdale Estate.
• Middleton Grange Stage 2a Residential Subdivision (UrbanGrowth NSW) - Project Management and Civil Design Coordination for the delivery of the proposed 120 lot subdivision. The project is being delivered over 3 stages.
