About Me
David commenced his real estate career in 1988 as a residential property manager.
In 2000 he made the move into commercial real estate sales and leasing.
In 2005 he was founding Director of Ballarat's only specialist commercial agency, Jens Gaunt Commercial.
David is a Managing Director of both Ballarat and Geelong Colliers International offices.
I have 30 years experience in the real estate industry and am a fully Licensed Estate Agent, having commenced my career in 1988.
I am an accomplished rowing coach and am honoured to have had a boat named after me in 2015
My most notable sale was Bunnings Ballarat, sold to a private investor for more than $7 million
