About Me
As a leader of Perth’s leading Office Leasing team, I work to develop and secure leasing opportunities for my clients as well as assist tenants office accomodation requirements.
Specialising in the office leasing I have brokered in excess of 600 transactions to date, varying between both direct and sub-leases.
Since starting as an Executive in 2010 working the fringe office market, I have now been heading up the Office Leasing Department since 2016 building the Colliers market share in the CBD. I have been involved in over 600 leasing transactions and gain great satification in working with owners in a challenging market to secure new tenants.
The repositioning of A/B grade assets has played a major role in our teams success, with the team suggesting innovative solutions to reenergise the leasing efforts and bring the asset to a competitive position in the market. I personally enjoy the design aspect of building and tenancy upgrades, which to date has added a lot of value to our clients.
