I extensive retail leasing experience working across Super Regional, Major Regional, Regional Shopping Centres and Outlet Centres over the last 6years with Vicinity, Jones Lang Lasalle & Colliers.

My experience has allowed me to provide advice on strategic planning by defining key retail precincts for dining, fresh food, medical and general retail whilst establishing a master plan to ensure the centre maximises foot fall, specialty MAT and anchor/s performance.

Troon Group have been working with the Colliers Project Leasing team since 2016 on our retail projects – Delacombe Town Centre and Kilmore Village.    The Colliers team worked with us from very early on in the project providing advise on tenancy sizing and makeup and then worked closely with our development and asset management teams on getting much of the centre’s leased before opening.  

We have then continued to work with the Colliers team on any vacancies and also remixing of tenancies to optimize the centres once opened.

We find the team there to be very experienced, have a broad contact base and be a good fit for us.   They’re proactive and get on with the job. 

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team and work with them again in the future.
