Chelsea prides herself on being one of the most active Sydney CBD agents and has averaged over one transaction per week since starting with Colliers in 2018. She joined the Colliers team after two years leasing offices in the North Shore. With eight years’ prior experience in residential sales and property management on the NSW South Coast and a degree and three years’ industry experience in Journalism, PR and Digital Marketing, Chelsea brings a multifaceted approach to her leasing appointments.

Chelsea works alongside a few key landlords to deliver their strategic asset plans as she is most passionate about meeting and exceeding targeted outcomes – great covenants, higher rents and beautiful workspaces. Her most recent leasing highlight was leasing eight floors across 32 Carrington Street and 36 Carrington Street on behalf of Brookfield Properties. The leasing campaigns from the date of fitout delivery took two months and three weeks respectively to get all space under offer – ideal! Upcoming projects include the iconic 33 Alfred Street on behalf of Dexus and Mirvac, due for completion in 2024.
