About Me
Ben leads the South Australian retail leasing team. Ben's strengths include strategic retail planning, tenancy re-mix strategies, project leasing and solution based leasing.
Ben has worked for two of the four major commercial real estate agencies
A major Leasing project was West Lakes Mall for Deutsche - $65 million including a new food court, expanded Woolworths, three new mini majors, bulky goods tenancies, and over 140 leases in 18 months. The project was completed on time and we exceeded budget.
I have worked as National Leasing Manager for The Jewellery Group, Allied Brands, Cookie Man, Baskin Robbins and Cibo Espresso. In addition I have owned and managed my own retail business.
