Baden is a National Director of the Valuation & Advisory division of Colliers International.  Based in Brisbane, Baden specialises in Hotels and Going Concern properties throughout the Asia Pacific region.

With thirty years’ experience in the valuation profession, Baden has a highly respected reputation in going concern, investment and development property.  Key areas of expertise are accommodation hotels and resorts, licensed premises and clubs, tourist parks, tourist attractions, backpackers, development sites, marinas, golf courses, student accommodation and management letting rights.
 

Baden is a registered valuer in Queensland, an Associate of the Australian Property Institute, as well as a professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Over the last 15 years Baden has held senior management positions with major real estate companies throughout Queensland. He has acted for all the major Australian banks, major hotel and resort owners and investors and licensed premises owners and operators.

He has an extensive background in co-ordinating and implementing major portfolio valuations, undertaking complex feasibility studies, assessing allocation of component values for accounting purposes, undertaking mortgage valuations and advising on buy side sale transactions.
