About Me
Aaron specialises in the leasing of office and retail space in the Canberra CBD, City Fringe, Parliamentary Triangle and key Town Centres in focusing on areas greater than 500sqm.
Aaron has a strong focus on providing service excellence and commitment to delivering results which has seen a consistent delivery over and above client expectations throughout his career so far.
Aaron prides himself on having a sound understanding of the Canberra commercial property market which has enabled him to provide sound advice to landlords and tenants and stay ahead of market trends.
Aarons areas of expertise includes:

- Lease negotiation, sound knowledge of rental rates and leasing market conditions

Aaron has consistently achieved high results for his clients in my formative years in the Canberra commercial market, with this culminated in receiving his commercial agency’s inaugural Agent of the Year award in 2013.
Aaron has demonstrated consistent year on year growth and has been able to increase both the volume of transactions and also the average deal sizes for my clients over the past 5 years. In 2019, I enjoyed a record year with a number of significant achievements on behalf of my clients and having personal involvement in 39 individual commercial transactions across the year totalling more than 26,000sqm.
Some notable transactions for 2019 included:
- 9,304sqm to the Commonwealth of Australia at 40 Cameron Avenue, Belconnen.
- 1,741sqm to BAE Systems at 39 Brisbane Avenue, Barton.
- 1,849sqm to ACT Government at 221 London Circuit, Canberra City.
Aaron is also immensely proud of the contribution he has made as a member of the market leading Colliers agency team that has been awarded the REIACT Commercial agency of the year for three years running (2017, 2018 and 2019) and which culminated in the team taking out the REIA Commercial agency of the year in 2019.
