Head of Scotland
As department head, Douglas has overall responsibility for approximately 500 properties under management with a total rent roll in excess of £230million. Helpdesk for tenant/occupier use and a full property accounts team. He has developed the business management procedures required for ISO9001 accreditation used by the CCRE IPM department across the UK.

Liam is an Associate Director within the Healthcare Team, providing Valuation and Advisory Services across the whole of the UK.

Andrew is an Director within the UK Hotels Valuation and Professional Services Team.
He undertakes valuations of hotel assets and investments in Scotland for a wide range of clients, predominantly for loan security purposes.
As a specialist Hotel Valuer, he values businesses ranging from owner operated hotels to hotel developments, corporate hotels and larger group portfolios.

Iain has a wealth of experience in the Scottish commercial property market, specialising in Industrial and Logistics real estate. He is in an expert in providing acquisition, disposal, development and general agency advice to a wide range of private and public sector clients ranging from developers, occupiers, institutional investors and private clients. During a career spanning over 20 years, Iain has and continues to be involved in most of the highest profile industrial property deals in Scotland.

Tritax Symmetry - 550,000 sq ft pre-let to Harper Collins in 2022 at Nova Park, Glasgow; Scotland's largest Industrial pre-let in over a decade.
Prologis - Provision of development and letting agency advice on 1m sq ft prime industrial scheme known as Prologis M8 in Lanarkshire. 504,000 sq ft and 175,000 sq ft pre-lets to the Co-operative and Brakes respectively.
The Co-operative - Successfully secured mandate to dispose of UK wide portfolio of surplus warehouses totalling 3m sq ft. Approx. 1 m sq ft transacted in Scotland.
Logicor - Letting of Scotland's largest ever speculatively built warehouse; 380,000 sq ft at J4M8 to Amazon. Neighbouring 240,000 sq ft building sold to Schuh.
Freescale Semiconductor Inc - Sale and partial leaseback of 800,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in East Kilbride, Glasgow. Subsequent sale of the 31 acre site in 2021 to Copart on behalf of Clowes Developments.
Asda - Sale of 250,000 sq ft distribition warehouse facility in Grangemouth.
St Modwen Properties plc - Provision of acquisition advice for purchase of 32 acre former Rolls Royce facility at Hillington, Glasgow. Retained to provide Agency advice on 750,000 sq ft estate, rebranded Pegasus Business Park subsequently sold whole site to MEPC.
Enthusiastic member of the property profession who enjoys working with a variety of organisations and taking on new challenges. Colin joined the Glasgow Industrial & Logistics team in 2004. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Industrial Agency Society.
Investment Property Management
I have over 20 years’ experience in the property industry working for a diverse range of clients in both the public and private sectors including corporate investors such as Aviva and British Land; corporate occupiers such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Pizza Hut and Kwik-Fit; and economic development agencies and various local councils . I am one of two Scottish based directors in our Investment Property Management team working from our Glasgow office.
I have been with Colliers since 2005 and before that I was with Glasgow Investment Managers for 12 years. I enjoy getting into a role and making it my own.
Joe officially joined Colliers International on March 2017 as a Buiding Services Manager in Glasgow managing two multi-let office buildings in the city centre.
During is early career he worked in the Scottish Police Force before working with Colliers International as a third party site manager on an industrial estate in the east end of Glasgow back in 2012.
Joe has now recently joined the IPM team in Glasgow, working as a Regional Facilities Manager , and manages a portfolio across Glasgow and North England. The portfolio includes multi-let office blocks, industrail units and retail parks.
Licensed & Leisure
Paul is a Chartered Surveyor who has significant experience in the licensed and leisure sectors. He is active in single and portfolio valuations, lease renewals and rent reviews (including arbitrations), undertakes expert witness work, provides development advice, acts on agency matters (sales, acquisitions and lettings), and advises on alternative use situations.
He acts for a wide variety of national, regional and local operators, publicly funded bodies, landlords, developers, tenants, trustees, administrators, liquidators, banks and financiers. His current sector involvement includes Pubs, Bars, Restaurants and Leisure, though he specialises in all aspects of commercial licensed and leisure work.
He is the Director in charge of the Licensed and Leisure department in Scotland, liaising with the national team located in offices throughout the UK.
Paul is active on other commercial valuations, rent reviews, lease advisory and agency matters for various types of client, regularly dealing with colleagues working in other Colliers Service lines.
Project & Building Consultancy
Ryan works within the Building Consultancy Department focusing on Scotland and the North of England. Ryan is experienced in all aspects of construction and property, including building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations acting for both landlords and tenants, project monitoring, project management and contract administration.
Roy graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2017 and has worked as a Building Surveyor since then. He began working with Colliers International in 2019, joining the Project & Building Consultancy Team 's Glasgow Office, covering our clients needs across Scotland and the rest of the UK.

Rating
Louise's role within the Rating Department involves dealing with a large number of appeals on behalf of various local and national clients.
Louise has been involved in complex negotiations for a diverse portfolio of properties across the whole of Scotland in order to secure reductions in Rateable Value for clients.
Louise is also involved in Commercial Lease Consultancy comprising mostly of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears. Working for a number of national clients on their Scottish property porfolios.
Louise joined Colliers in 2005 following the acquisition of Campbell & Company. After working within several departments including Retail Agency, Investment, Landlord & Tenant and Building Consultancy she was recruited in 2010 by the Rating Department as Administrator for Scotland. Following successful achievement of the Diploma in Surveying Practice from the University College of Estate Management in 2013 and election to Associate Member of the RICS in 2016 she now deals with appeals and offers up to date advise to clients on the changing world of business rates and relief schemes.
Hannah joined Colliers International in September 2016 as a Graduate Surveyor within the Glasgow office.
Hannah qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 2018 and is currently working in the Rating team.
I joined Colliers International in April 2016, working in the accurates division dealing with empty property rates. I am currently the only Colliers employee in Scotland who works exclusively for accurates in Scotland.

I am a Director in Retail Scotland, and have responsibility for new business generation, client liaison and maintaining Colliers International’s position as a leading player in the retail agency.
Having joined Colliers CRE in April 2006 to become Head of In Town Retail I have over 25 years of experience in the UK commercial property market, having previously held similar roles with Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle, all based in Glasgow.
I am part of a team of 3 within Colliers International Retail Scotland, and haves responsibility for new business generation, client liaison and maintaining Colliers International’s position as a leading player in the retail agency market in Scotland.
Leasing & Asset Management work has included a number of high profile shopping centres across Scotland including; Livingston - The Centre, Inverness - Eastgate Centre, Dundee - Overgate Centre, Glasgow - St Enoch Centre, Glasgow - The Forge Shopping Centre, Cumbernauld - Antonine Centre, Dunfermline - Kingsgate Centre, Motherwell - Brandon Centre and Clydebank - Clyde Shopping Centre.
Landlord clients have included Land Securities, Hines, Grosvenor, Rocksrping, F&C Reit, CBREGi, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Belfast Office Properties, London & Regional, Milverton Properties and Edinburgh House Estates.
Ross has also been heavily involved in retailer acquisitions with clients such as Holland & Barrett, Joules, Oliver Bonas, Sky, The Works, The Gym Group, Tim Hortons and Popeyes.

Iain has significant experience in the commercial property market providing valuation advice in all classes of property for private investors, the public sector, property companies and funds. As well as providing secured lending, asset, portfolio and capital gains tax valuations Iain also undertakes development appraisals.

Eilidh joined Colliers in September 2019 working across various teams within the Glasgow office.
