About Me
Ross has experience in the commercial property market providing valuation advice in all classes of property for private investors, property companies and funds. As well as providing secured lending, asset and portfolio valuations Ross also undertakes development appraisals.
Graduated with BSc (Hons) in Property Management and Valuation at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2014.
Qualified as a member of the RICS in 2016.
Recent valuations include:
Valuation of industrial land at Eurocentral.
Valuation of three self-storage facilities for secured lending purposes.
Valuation of a proposed golf driving range and leisure complex within the Greater Glasgow Area.
Valuation of a student accommodation facility within Glasgow for secured lending.
Valuation of a small portfolio of two retail properties.
Valuation of a site in Glasgow with outlined planning consent for a new multi-storey Grade A office.
