Louise Daly

Louise's role within the Rating Department involves dealing with a large number of appeals on behalf of various local and national clients.

Louise has been involved in complex negotiations for a diverse portfolio of properties across the whole of Scotland in order to secure reductions in Rateable Value for clients.

Louise is also involved in Commercial Lease Consultancy comprising mostly of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears. Working for a number of national clients on their Scottish property porfolios.

• Provided a tactical structured rating service to a retail client portfolio with an overall Rateable Value of around £27m. Through complex negotiations Louise reduced the Rateable Values by just under £2m resulting in large saving to the client.

• Through Colliers rates cost management services introduced to Scotland in April 2013 Louise has saved clients around £6m to date and conducts this service across Scotland.

• Through in depth analysis on all individual assessments included within the telecommunications cumulo entries Louise has saved her client huge sums of money with over £2.7m being achieved within one Assessor area.
