Ryan works within the Building Consultancy Department focusing on Scotland and the North of England. Ryan is experienced in all aspects of construction and property, including building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations acting for both landlords and tenants, project monitoring, project management and contract administration.
Project Management of £850k internal office fit out for major Scottish client within BREEAM rated "Excellent" office block.
Project Management of £1.5m office refusbishment works.
Completed due diligence on assets of all types valued at £1.2billion+
